Beginning with construction of the addition to the Library in September 2002, the LaSalle Public Library has undergone a remarkable transformation!  Originally built in 1905/1906 and opened in January of 1907, very few changes were made to the interior or exterior of the building.  Below are some "Then" and "Now" pictures sure to bring back memories of years past and appreciation of the many hours of hard work spent to transform the library into a spectacular and functional library of the 21st century.
