Dragonflies with Naturalist, John McKee

Event Date:
Jul 18 2017 - 6:00pm

The Odonata, dragonflies and damselflies, have been a major focus of John and Cindy McKee's nature studies for the past ten years. In this program, John will use some of Cindy's photographs to explore the natural history of these beautiful and fascinating insects and to review a few of the more than 80 species that they have found in our area.

John and Cindy McKee have both been avid observers of the natural world since early childhood. In the past 15 years, they have added serious butterfly and dragonfly studies to their activities and Cindy has developed a keen interest in nature photography. This program is free and open to the public.
