Enlightening and Inspiring Generations with Generations of Ideas

As a shy, introverted, scholarly child (long ago) I don’t know what I would have done without libraries!  My family moved often.  I was always the new kid in town.  The library always offered me my first and most important friendship: the place where I felt right at home.  I still feel that way today, about libraries.

Universal Class -- Interested in continuing your education and broadening your horizons or just learning something fun?  The LaSalle Public Library is pleased to introduce a unique online educational experience for our patrons.  Universal Class is an online training environment that allows patrons of the LaSalle Public Library the ability to take classes in a diverse range of subjects including computers, resume writing, business, home & garden, health and medicine, hobbies, and more.
